Boat Preferences
Please indicate which type of boat each of you are interested in riding.We take oar boats, paddle boats and inflatable kayaks on each trip. Our guests take turns in the oar boats and paddle boats and are free to use inflatable kayaks if desired. If you have a particular boat you are interested in riding more of the time, please make that selection here as it helps us plan on the best number of each type of boat to bring.

Please describe any dietary or medical restriction that any member of your party may have (i.e.) allergic to bees, no red meat, diabetic, etc.) Our menu is quite wholesome for vegetarians: salads, rice, pasta, bread, etc.
Please let us know if you want a special substitution (like fish or chicken). Be specific. Example: Mary-no fish, substitute chicken; John-no red meat, substitute fish.
Please give us the date of any special occasions which will occur during your trip, i.e. birthday, anniversary.
Please note: Limited amounts of beer, scotch, gin, vodka, whiskey and wine are provided. If you prefer a different liquor, specific brand or wish a personal "stash " you must bring your own. You may bring as much beer and soda as you want. We strongly recommend that you bring your beverage of choice!
Refund Policy
Due to our limited trip size and short floating season, all fees are non-refundable if cancelled after February 1. However, if you must cancel we will make every effort to refill vacancies and will refund all the monies received. Trip cancellation insurance has now become mandatory as an industry standard due to the unpredictability of the weather . (Note: all group charter deposits are non-refundable after December 31). For more information on trip insurance visit travelexinsurance.com location #12-6016. Middle Fork Wilderness Outfitters reserves the right to cancel any trip if necessary, due to weather, water conditions, or insufficient reservations; in which case all fees are refundable. A $50 per person administrative fee will be accessed on all reservations cancelled.
