| Reservation Policy |
| We require a $400.00 per person deposit to reserve a space. Final payment is due on February 1, 2008. If you have reserved after this date your full payment will be due in 30 days. We normally allow a maximum of 23 guests and 7 guides per launch unless otherwise indicated. A $50.00 per person administrative fee will be accessed on all reservations cancelled. |
| Refund Policy |
Due to our limited trip size and short floating season, all fees are non-refundable if cancelled after February 1, 2008. However, if you must cancel we will make every effort to refill vacancies and will refund all the monies received. It is now mandatory to purchase trip cancellation Insurance. Call for questions or go to www.travelexinsurance.com. Sign up under location # 12-6016. Middle Fork Wilderness Outfitters reserves the right to cancel any trip if necessary due to weather, water conditions, or insufficient reservations; in which case all fees are refundable.
Deposits made for group charters of 10 or more are non refundable after December 31, 2007. |

FAMILY SPECIAL! Families of 4 or more receive a discount of 10%, applicable - June 4, 13,22, Aug 9, 17 and 25.
All fees are subject a $4.00 per person/per day Forest Service Recreation Fee and a 3% Federal Use Tax.

* * Return Transportation:
Price includes ground transportation only from Stanley, Idaho to the river and from the end of the river back to Salmon,Idaho. Most guests choose to fly to and from Boise. If you will have a car and wish to drive yourself to Stanley and them home from Salmon, car shuttles may be arranged. Please call us for details or visit www.rivershuttles.com. Due to fluctuations in backcountry air transport pricing, the price of any flights may be adjusted if the need arises.
